Motion.

Am I on the right path, don’t know ?

Am I progressing at the right speed, dont’t know ?

Am I using my whole potential in my work, don’t know ?

Am I doing the right things, at the right time, don’t know ?

All I know that I am following my mom’s words, “Charameti…. Charameti…”

Chalte raho… chalte raho…

So, I am sure about one thing at present that I am in non stop ‘motion’, doing some ‘constructive’ work continuosly…

Why I Love Blogging…

Love-blogging-work
Blogging leads to many roads…

I am busy, I have lots of work to do, but still I love to do blogging, as it gives me happiness…
I have the lots of medical books to read, I have to make lots of notes, but still I will make time for blogging because it also teaches me something different which medical books do not teach me…

I have to come to Operation Theatre at 8am in the morning, have to be there for almost about 8pm, but still I write blogs when I returned to my home in a tired and pathetic condition, because writing down my feelings gives me immense freshness and energy…

I have to see many patients in ICU, I have to see their pain, I can feel their pain, and writing blogs helps as an analgesics for me…

I have to do all household work, as now I am a married man, have to perform all my responsibilities, even if I have to spend maximum time at hospital, but still I write blogs, because writing gives me a sense of freedom amid all chorus…

I do watch BiggBoss, I do watch You Tube videos in a little time which I get from my schedule, but still I make out the time to write blogs because it provides entertainment to my inner self…

My Reflections : Endurance.

Exhausted, Extended, Exploited..

But still my body wanted to lasted..

But my body knows his patients wanted to get cured..

So my body keeps running, so that it can help to make their patient’s body running..

Hope these are thoughts that may have come into the Doctor’s mind, who keep doing night duties, even when he exhausted all of his energy, starving, but still perform his job, because he is suppose to..

Why Every Person for Me is Important and a Leader !!!

Why majority of the world do not appreciate the leaders… for me the definition of leader is : “a person who is master in his field, in his craft and performs his work or a job like picasso, involve in his work like there is no tomorrow, crave for perfection, either his job like that of toilet janitor or the job of a doctor but he performs like a rockstar in his field, for me these type of personalities are leaders…”

But my experiance in a professional environment as a doctor is that world values for the one who generates more revenues for the employer and all other persons are just the simple employees having no value (unofficially) as the management listens only to whom who have the power of making money for the company or the hospital.

But the point is every institution becomes successful by the contribution of all the team, some persons in the team contributes more, some less but everyone’s effort is important, as Surgeons can not operate without the help of Anaesthetist and Sisters, while Anaesthetist can not work swiftly without the help of OT technicians and I think same applies in corporate offices as professionals can not work efficiently without the help of coffee venders and toilet janitors (as no one likes dirty toilets).

That is why personally I always address sisters in my hospital as “Sister ji” ( ‘ji’ in Indian scenario is a sign of respect to other person ) and always say thank you to “house cleaning staff” in hospital because for me they are leaders in their own field and they are essential part of the system.
